About the Author
Management and Sociology Professor at Vanderbilt University. His research on negotiation, influence, power, and justice has been featured in various scholarly journals and publications. Professor Barry served as the president of the International Association for Conflict Management (2002-2003) and chaired the Academy of Management Conflict Management Division.
Business Dean at Queens University, Canada. He has co-written several publications on negotiation, conflict resolution, employee voice, and organizational justice. Before assuming his current role, he led the McGill MBA Japan program in Tokyo and has traveled extensively across Asia, Europe, and South America.
