Dr. George B. Johnson is a scholar, educator, and author. Hailing from Virginia in 1942, he pursued his education at Dartmouth in New Hampshire, furthered his studies at Stanford in California, and currently serves as Professor Emeritus of Biology at Washington University in St. Louis, where he has been enlightening undergraduates on freshman biology and genetics for more than 35 years.
