Nenna L. Bayes, AAS, BBA, M.Ed., CPC, has collaborated
and scrutinized various works within the medical administrative realms. She acquired an
associate of applied business degree, a bachelor of business administration degree,
and a masters of arts in education from Morehead State University. Through her service,
she has instructed numerous courses in the administrative and medical administrative
curriculum. She is an instructor in and the program coordinator for the Office
Systems Technology and Medical Information Technology programs at Ashland
Community and Technology College in Ashland, Kentucky, and has garnered multiple
teaching accolades. She is additionally a certified professional coder (CPC). Prior to
teaching, she operated in various medical office settings. Furthermore, she is a
part of the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) and the American
Health Information Management Association (AHIMA).
She resides in Flatwoods, Kentucky, with her spouse and is fortunate to have two
offspring and two granddaughters. She actively engages in music and relishes
camping during her leisure hours.
