  • ISBN-10 ‏ : ‎ 0199564337
  • ISBN-13 ‏ : ‎ 978-0199564330

Business Integrity is an engaging and dynamic textbook addressing a critical issue in the business world today: the way to uphold ethical standards in a diverse stakeholder environment. It delves into the fundamentals of business ethics and applies these principles to all of the company’s primary stakeholders. Taking a truly global perspective, it elucidates the moral dilemmas confronted by enterprises across various regions, equipping readers with the tools necessary to comprehend and address ethical dilemmas effectively regardless of geographic location. It is the only material available that thoroughly examines the implications of three significant ethical challenges confronting enterprises: corporate responsibility, globalization, and sustainability.

This third version has been extensively revised and updated, incorporating new discussions on climate concerns, water challenges, financial markets, private equity, and global religions. It presents a trove of fresh cases and vignettes along with updates on favorite instances from preceding editions, featuring profiles on BAE, Diageo, McDonald’s, Nestle, Rio Tinto, and Siemens. Noteworthy learning components in the book include “Ethical Insights” boxes highlighting recent movies tackling business ethics dilemmas, and “Ethics online” — a novel feature offering cutting-edge insights into the use of social
media and digital tools for understanding and engaging in business ethics. Additional hyperlinks and web resources are also available on the book’s dedicated Online Resource Center.
