   KIM LANGFIELD-SMITH Kim obtained a BEC from the School of Sydney, a MEC from Macquarie School and a PhD from Monash School, and holds fellowship with CPA Australia and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA). Kim at the moment serves as Deputy Dean (Evaluation) and Professor of Financial Administration at Monash School’s School of Enterprise and Economics in Australia. Previous roles were held at La Trobe School, the Universities of Melbourne and Tasmania, and the School of Know-how, Sydney where Kim worked as an accountant in diverse enterprise organizations before venturing into academia. Kim’s research focuses primarily on administration administration strategies with articles published in esteemed journals such as Accounting, Organizations and Society; Journal of Financial Administration Analysis; Financial Administration Analysis; Behavioral Analysis in Accounting; Journal of Accounting Literature; and Journal of Administration Analysis. Kim’s contribution to the accounting field includes various board memberships and a term as President (Australia) of the Accounting Affiliation of Australia and New Zealand (AAANZ), now recognized as the Accounting and Finance Affiliation of Australia and New Zealand (AFAANZ), from 1999 to 2001.    HELEN THORNE Helen graduated with a BEC and DIP ACC from Flinders School, and attained a PhD from the School of Adelaide. She holds an adjunct professor position at the Worldwide Graduate College of Enterprise at the School of South Australia. Helen has also held roles at the Graduate College of Management and the Commerce Division at the School of Adelaide. Her research is centered on contemporary techniques in financial administration, including activity-based costing and strategic performance measurement strategies, with publications in journals like Journal of Accounting Literature; Journal of Cost Management; Advances in Financial Administration; and Australian Financial Consider. Before starting her academic journey, Helen worked as a management accountant in a significant global company, continuing her engagement with the industry through consulting work in financial administration for different organizations within the manufacturing and service sectors.

   Ronald W. Hilton serves as a Professor of Accounting at Cornell School, holding degrees in accounting from The Pennsylvania State School. He completed his Ph.D. at The Ohio State School.
