This highly-demanded college textbook from distinguished scholars Kirsty Horsey & Erika Rackley provides a comprehensive foundation in civil wrongs law and meticulously selected educational features aid students in becoming involved and analytical thinkers.

This animated and contemplative narrative enables students to comprehend rather than simply memorize the law. The challenging queries in each section help students grasp how the law functions in practical scenarios and start contemplating potential concerns and discussions. Precisely selected attributes such
as ‘opposing view’ and ‘moment for contemplation’ sections encourage students to delve deeper and think critically about the law.
